In order to expand the range of products the brewery JSC "Cēsu alus" has started cooperation with LTD "Bātas avots'' on distribution of natural spring water "Lielbāta'' in the biggest Latvian retail chains and in the segment of "HoReCa'' or hotels, restaurants and cafes.
The concluded cooperation agreement will allow LTD "Bātas avots'' to deliver Lielbāta spring water on bigger territory to a wider range of consumers that it is now. "Cēsu alus" will distribute water for trade in all types of packing – in 0.5 litre and one litre plastic or PET bottles for the retail trade, as well as in 0.33 litre and 0.7 litre glass bottles for the café and restaurant segment.
"Cēsu alus" is the second biggest brewery in Latvia. The equity capital of the company comprises 5.85 million lats. 99% of voting shares of "Cēsu alus" are owned by the Finnish concern "Olvi Ooj".
